Year 3-4 EveryBODY Education Program – Enquiry

SHV has designed comprehensive Relationships & Sexuality Education programs which align with the Victorian and Australian Curriculum. Sensitive topics are covered using age-appropriate materials and language. Programs are delivered by experienced, trained SHV educators. Sessions will include information, activities, discussion and an opportunity for students to ask questions.

Course Dates

Description

Year 3 – 4 everyBODY Education programs

These programs consist of 3 x 60 minute sessions delivered by expert SHV educators to classes no larger than 27 students.

These sessions consolidate themes of consent and bodily autonomy. Students learn adult names for private body parts which can assist children reporting harm or seeking help with their bodies. Students discuss feelings, refusal skills and strategies for seeking help.  Our standard program also introduces reproduction and puberty.  SHV strongly encourages schools to deliver a whole school approach to Relationships and sexuality Education. We suggest booking professional development and a parent session to support these sessions.
Ask about these in your enquiry.
