Description

Foundation - 2 everyBODY Education program

This program consists of 3 x 45 minute sessions delivered by expert SHV educators to classes no larger than 27 students. These sessions are a gentle introduction to the themes of consent and bodily autonomy. Students are encouraged to understand that they are in control of their own body (including their private body parts). Students will discuss when and how they can seek help if they feel unsafe.
Key themes of these sessions are:

  • Protective behaviours
  • Bodily autonomy
  • Consent
  • Help seeking
  • Early warning signs
  • Public and private body parts and behaviours.

SHV strongly encourages schools to deliver a whole school approach to Relationships and Sexuality Education. We suggest booking professional development and a parent session to support these sessions.
Ask about these in your enquiry.
