Description

Group education sessions are for individuals with cognitive disability over 16 years old (including Intellectual Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Acquired Brain Injury).

This session tackles laws and ethics of sexual content online. Designed and delivered by expert Relationships and Sexuality disability educators.

Learning Intentions

Participants will:

  • discuss ways to engage with social media in safe and healthy ways
  • explore sexting and pornography
  • examine the laws surrounding sexting and pornography

Course participants are welcome to bring a support person along to the in-person session (if desired) but must have a support person present for online sessions (at the same location as participant). 

Workshop details

  • Sessions run for 1.5 hours.
  • A minimum of 2 is required for this course

NDIS Information

We are not a NDIS registered provider. If a participant has a plan manager, we can send an invoice directly to them. Please enter the plan manager’s details in the registration form when prompted. Select the invoice option at payment. Invoices will be issued after the session.
