Home visits are available for clients whose limitations prevent them from attending the clinic. Please speak with reception or contact the clinic if you would like further information.
Telephone: Our receptionists can answer general questions over the phone, but for clinical information, you’ll be transferred to a nurse to assist. If your call is urgent or you have symptoms, please let us know so we can prioritise your call. We aim to return non-urgent calls within one business day.
Email: Please be aware that our emails are not encrypted, and the security of any email content cannot be guaranteed. Non-encrypted emails (and any attachments) transmit as plain text and can be intercepted via hacking of an organisation’s or your email account. As such we strongly discourage other medical practices and clients from emailing medical or personal information to us. We may agree to correspond via email in response to a query or medical record request provided that we receive an acknowledgement that you have considered and accepted the risks associated with email communications.
